Aniket Nagdive

Architect & LEED Green Associate™ |  Space of Desire

Aniket Nagdive is an accomplished Architect and LEED Green Associate™, currently serving as a Chapter Director at AIA Minneapolis. He plays a key role in designing and delivering large-scale healthcare and institutional projects, contributing across the full project lifecycle from early concept development through construction documentation and implementation, with a balance of aesthetic clarity and technical precision. Working closely with engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, he helps translate design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions that support performance, sustainability, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.

Aniket is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, a licensed architect with the Council of Architecture (India), and a member of the Indian Institute of Architects. His work reflects a strong command of healthcare planning fundamentals, code and regulatory coordination, and detail-driven delivery, including BIM-based documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and quality-focused drawing production. In addition to practice, he contributes to the profession through leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing, supporting emerging professionals and advancing design conversations around patient-centered environments and responsible, context-aware architecture.

His work has earned multiple recognitions over the years. In 2025, he received an award acknowledging his innovative approach to healthcare design. Earlier, his project Mirage: The Reconstructed Space was showcased in the AIA Iowa Exhibition for Emerging Professionals (2018), receiving an Honorable Mention for its conceptual depth. His research dedication was also recognized by Iowa State University through support to attend the AHRA Symposium in London. He has authored and presented multiple research papers on architecture, communicating ideas that bridge design culture with real-world project delivery.
