Peter, an architect, planner and academic is a Professor, as well as Discipline Leader for the Environment and Interior programme, and director of the Design Social research initiative in the School of Design in HK Poly U.
He has taught and practised in architecture, urbanism, participatory design, public art, interactive art, environmental design and social design since 1995 in Poly U, Bartlett School and University of East London, KTH Stockholm, Berlage Institute Rotterdam, Hong Kong U, Manitoba and others.
