A unique two-level complex with its own yard without cars on the second level. Our task was to create a real park for residents, where anyone could have an interesting time. The idea itself is to create a route that will resemble a river and its winding bed. Along the entire path, islands are formed, in which various activities will be located. You can find secluded corners that look almost like a private garden, completely immersed in greenery. The heart of our project is the central part of the yard. So that residents have their own unique object in the yard, we laid a sculpture in the form of a stylized tree. It is a reference to nature, the forest, and as uniting all living things. In the evening, the tree glows, creating a spectacular and at the same time cozy atmosphere. Many perennial plants, cereals and flowers with flowering plants in different seasons are used. A rich assortment of planting material makes it possible to create a forest effect. This is how the name Forest River came about.
