The project is set in the scenic foothills of Almaty, Kazakhstan, where the dramatic mountain landscape became the primary source of inspiration. Covering two hectares and rising through a 20-meter elevation change, the site transforms terracing from a technical necessity into a defining architectural gesture that shapes the character of the entire complex.
Twelve residential blocks with premium-class apartments are carefully positioned within this multi-level terrain. The stepped topography makes it possible to create intimate, secluded courtyards and to integrate cascading waterfalls into the landscape. These water features not only sustain a refreshing microclimate during the region’s arid summer months but also serve as natural viewpoints, inviting spaces for relaxation, and safe areas for children’s play.
The concept is designed for residents who value a slow, mindful lifestyle, close contact with nature, and sweeping mountain views. Landscaped terraces at ground level, view-oriented balconies, and generous wall-to-wall windows frame the breathtaking panorama and enhance the sense of openness. The tiered layout heightens the experience of space and ensures that every residence enjoys an unforgettable outlook over the foothills.
