Khaneh Khan

Sayyah Architectural Studio recently completed the “Khaneh Khan” project, a landmark residential development in Shiraz, completed in 2023. Situated on a 5000-square-meter plot close to the city center, the land features lush green space, mature trees, and favorable weather. To preserve this natural setting, 4000 square meters were allocated as green space, minimizing the building footprint.
Inspired by luxury hotels in natural settings, the 1000-square-meter building spans 13 floors, including three basement levels, two joint floors, and eight residential levels. The complex offers a range of high-end amenities, including a roof garden, outdoor pool, pavilion, bicycle and walking paths, a book café, museum, sports club, cinema, theater, bakery, and crew suite. The “Khaneh Khan” consists of 18 luxury units—six at 300 square meters with three bedrooms and twelve at 500 square meters with four bedrooms—crafted with premium foreign materials like Miele kitchens, FIR faucets, and Italian ABK tiles.
The complex’s gym spans two floors, offering yoga, Pilates, TRX, a steam sauna, and a jacuzzi. Residents have direct access to an outdoor pool with shaded areas. The rooftop, designed as a green roof, offers a 360-degree city view and can be transformed into a party venue.
Additional features include a meeting hall with a 6-meter-high ceiling, a central kitchen equipped for large gatherings, and a café with modern amenities and stunning city views. Art galleries and a museum enhance cultural engagement, while sustainable practices like gray water recycling and optimized natural lighting improve residents’ quality of life. The design emphasizes a strong connection with nature, enhancing living conditions through thoughtful architecture.
