The landscape concept envisions a year-round courtyard park offering diverse recreational scenarios and a refined visual identity in all seasons.
Challenging site constraints were turned into design opportunities: the geometric layout conceals fire access routes; underground car park columns serve as anchor points for trees; and perennial meadows meet load restrictions without sacrificing greenery.
The minimalist architecture is softened by a continuous organic line that runs through the site. Its sinuous curves and shifting scale echo natural movement and bring coherence to the space.
This pathway invites curiosity through gentle turns and evolving garden scenes, encouraging a slower pace and quiet discovery. Residents can choose a direct route or follow a more meandering path, enriched with bespoke garden structures, sculptural elements and water features that extend the landscape narrative.
Planting is based on ornamental grasses and perennials, creating seasonal rhythm and year-round vitality. Each zone is defined by generous plant groupings and a consistent colour palette, bringing clarity and cohesion to the overall composition.
The courtyard shifts between open and enclosed areas — from sunny clearings with groundcovers to shaded plantings under trees. A mix of shrubs at different heights and low-growing species adds depth and texture. Seasonal interest is maintained through staggered bloom cycles, while evergreens and grasses provide lasting structure.
The result is a calm, multi-layered retreat within the urban environment — a space that adapts to the rhythms of life while offering beauty, function, and atmosphere throughout the year.
