Quite rainy

GAA.2024 Silver Winner | Landscape

This landscape design creates a premium, natural environment for a residential complex, seamlessly blending architecture and nature. Fluid lines, geoplastics, and natural materials like chipped-edge paving and light concrete define the space.

A key feature is a long, zigzag concrete canopy sheltering the main pedestrian route, integrated with a decorative water feature. The territory offers diverse zones: leisure nooks with outdoor furniture at entrances, social areas for chess and table tennis, a paddle tennis court, and a universal sports zone. A unique children’s playground features soft green hills and concrete playhouses. Two round canopies provide spots for relaxation and work.

Art objects and meticulous detailing throughout create a harmonious, functional, and aesthetically refined identity for the complex.
