Residence “Roshchino” is a suburban ecological resort with Karelian flavor, occupying an area of 7 hectares. We designed it in 2023.
Our task was to organically fit the landscape into the territory of the relict coniferous forest, so that the resort would become a real place of strength, restoration and energy for guests.
We focused on a restrained, but at the same time elegant design and natural shades. And as the main concept for the landscape, we took the “Tree of Life”. The central promenade alley symbolizes its base, the trunk, from which paths diverge in all directions, like branches, leading to various objects – lounge areas, playgrounds, barbecue areas.
Another idea that we implemented is the unification of four powerful elements: water, fire, earth and air. In the project, they are presented through various elements, such as green gardens, ponds, light installations, sources of live fire.
The residence turned out to be balanced and very atmospheric ─ nature and comfort merged into one and are ready to fill everyone who visits this cozy corner with pure energy.
