“Tempo” is located on the Black Sea coast and consists of an apartment complex and a hotel complex with adjacent infrastructure.
The architecture of the apartment complex has a bionic format and curved white facades. Given this style and the immediate proximity of the Black Sea, we chose a landscape carved by water as the main concept of the project.
This idea is most vividly and voluminously displayed by a terraced reservoir, which It is a shallow bowl made of granite, with a stepped edge. Nearby, we designed textured landscaping, carefully selecting and combining plants so that picturesque natural scenes are displayed in the water surface.
An additional auditory effect is created by the sound of falling water.
The architect created two miniature gardens on the territory – the Garden of Dreams and the Garden of Quiet Rest, as well as a large landscape park, differing in the nature of the greenery. Designed two main walking routes to the sea, one of which passes through the hotel complex, and the second – through the apartments.
The welcoming object of the hotel complex was a terraced waterfall. And the central object, meeting guests from the apartments, was chosen as a square with a fountain.
On the territory there is a gazebo with a terrace for yoga, comfortable spaces for specialists with remote work with the ability to recharge equipment, private areas with comfortable city sofas.
The key place for rest was a sculptural canopy with a spout. It is around it that a landscaped park with picturesque landscaping spreads.
On the territory of the apartment complex, several swimming pools were designed, including a children’s pool, as well as a fire pit area and a functional children’s playground with two tiers, where there are places for rest for parents.
